BOP Control Systems for Surface Mounted Blowout Preventer (BOP) Stacks
JUDALAI provides a wide spectrum of more than 70 types of BOP control systems which can be applied in all models of BOPs, control 2-15 BOP products at a time and withstand extreme weathers. Our BOP control systems are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with API Spec 16D and can be customized as customers order.
Features
- A BOP control system has two pumps independent from each other. The pumps include electric pumps, pneumatic pumps and manual pumps which support the system to work as normal in case of power failure.
- The accumulator unit can meet the requirements of closing all BOP stacks and opening pneumatic valves. If any accumulator fails to work, the total liquid loss will not exceed 25%. Accumulators with ASME or CE marks are available.
- The control manifold of the remote control panel has a spare pressure inlet which can introduce other energy if needed.
- A spare nitrogen system can provide auxiliary energy when accumulators and pumps cannot provide enough energy as well as for driller control panels in emergency.
- An alarm device can be installed as customers demand to monitor accumulator pressure, air supply pressure and the liquid level in the oil container. If the mentioned parameters exceed the set limits, audible and visual alarms can be made to order responses.
- To specifically adapt to tough outdoor environments and as customers demand, the BOP control system can be equipped with air conditioners, oil container heaters, explosion-proof electric heaters and so on.
